Hump Magnets
Hump Magnets generally consist of two Plate Magnets mounted in an offset housing and are installed in vertical spouts. As product enters the housing it impacts directly on the face of the first Plate Magnet, travels through the offset angle of the housing and impacts directly on the face of the second Plate Magnet. This provides excellent separation results for high volume, poor flowing, or abrasive materials.

MAGNETIC PULLEY

Magnetic Pulley operates as head pulleys on Belt Conveyors. These low cost, self-cleaning magnets remove tramp iron and purify materials conveyed in bulk forms. When material carried on a conveyor enters the magnetic field surrounding the Magnetic Pulley, pieces of ferrous metal in the material are attracted to the Belt. They are held magnetically against the Belt until carried to the underside of the Pulley, where the Belt takes them away from the magnetic field to be discharged. The Bin Activator is a device of tapered conical shape that, due to vibration, facilitates material flow from hoppers or silos. It consists of a seamless carbon or stainless steel cone manufactured on a sheet metal lathe, a seamless SINT engineering polymer seal with integrated upper and lower flange, suspensions for connection with the silo cone, as well as one or two electric motovibrators.
